Back to topAny area in the treatment rooms that would be difficult to disinfect completely is covered with disposable plastic barriers. These barriers are changed and discarded between each patient.

Disinfectants:
Back to topA disinfectant approved by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is applied to chairs, counter tops, and all other surface areas in all treatment areas.
Disposable Items:
Back to topWhenever possible we use disposable items that are disposed of once used or exposed to the treatment environment.
Sterilization of Instruments:
Back to topAll instruments are sterilized by use of a certified Autoclave that utilizes steam at a very high heat and pressure to kill all microorganisms. All instruments are stored in sealed sterilization bags to maintain sterility until use.
We weekly use biological spore test and an independent medical laboratory to test and verify the effectiveness of sterilization. This is considered the most effective manner to verify the complete sterilization of our instruments.
